A day in the life of a remote survey specialist
From morning check-in to the final submitted survey, here's what working with RSG really looks like.

Most of our specialists start their shift by checking the team schedule and any announcements from leadership. Shifts are planned in advance, so everyone knows when they're working.
The bulk of the day is spent completing consumer, product and lifestyle surveys on a secure browser. Team leads are on hand in the team chat room for any questions.
Training never really stops. Specialists complete short courses to sharpen their skills, and strong performers move into more specialised projects.
At the end of the month, earnings are tracked clearly and paid on time. For many of our team, it's the first remote role that gives them real structure and growth.
